What services does ASAE provide?

How ASAE works?
We work in partnership with our clients; in teamwork with clients and contractors. We believe that when hard work and patience are mixed with the confidence based on our accumulated professional experiences and high- caliber works, there is no way out but success.
How soon can ASAE carry out the initial free consultation?
We are keen to meet potential clients as soon as possible, this is normally within 1-week time, but will be able to arrange meeting sooner if required.
What happens after the consultation?
We will then prepare a fee proposal based on preliminary discussion as per client’s requirements, through the various stages of work.The fee proposal will then be sent to you for your consideration/approval.
What are excluded in ASAE fees?
Our fees are exclusive of preparation of any interior design drawings or coordination with the interior designer or model making, land surveying, soil testing and investigation and fees associated with statutory approvals including charges for building permit fees, infrastructure fees, Benayat Third Party Consultant fees, Quantity Surveying services, etc. Our fee does not allow for Fitting Out and Furnishing works.
How soon can ASAE start the work after the approval of the proposal?
Our aim is to start work on a project within 2 to 3 weeks from instruction, subject to our current workload, but will endeavor to start as soon as we can.
Who will be main point of contact on a project?
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and/or Project Manager (PM) serves as the main point of contact with the client on each project. The CEO and/or PM is responsible for directing coordination of all activities of a project. We also assign an Architect/Engineer In-Charge, as a secondary point of contact to ensure the client has multiple points of contact.

What is ASAE’s role during the construction of my project?
The construction stage is where we see all our works materialize. We visit the site and work with the contractor to help the construction process to go as smooth as possible and work with the governing building department as the project goes through its various inspections. We are committed to provide necessary staff to supervise the execution of the project and to ensure that all the work is done in accordance with the Working Drawings and Specifications. We will be assisting you until the final handover of the project.
