Established in October 2018 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, ASAE began to enter in the competitive world of Architecture and Engineering, providing complete architectural and engineering services to Clients, both public and private sector from project inception through completion of construction.
Accompanied with proven client satisfaction and with successful working background of the founder and architect, Mr. Ayman Ahmed AlSaeed,who is truly dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of skill, integrity, quality and responsibility in providing professional services to clients.

We strive to provide a comprehensive architectural and civil structural services both to public and private sector, which include master planning, conceptual and schematic design, design development, municipality approval process, bid facilitation, construction/bidding documents, construction observation and inspection up to completion of construction services.

ASAE provides comprehensive architectural and civil structural services, which include conceptual and schematic design, design development, municipality approval process, particular specification, tender documentation, evaluation and negotiation, and contract administration.
- 02 POST-CONTRACT (SITE SUPERVISION)
ASAE Supervision Team provides professional staff to supervise the execution of the project and to ensure that all the work is done in accordance with the working drawings and specifications. Assist clients through completion of construction.
